Who are we?
The International Council for Dialogue and Partnership (CIDP) is an independent international platform dedicated to dialogue, cooperation and social innovation. It fosters partnerships between citizens, institutions, civil society organizations, economic actors, youth, diasporas and international partners.
Born from the conviction that today's challenges—governance, peace, sustainable development, youth employment, innovation and international cooperation—require open, action-oriented spaces for consultation, CIDP encourages the co-construction of solutions adapted to local realities and based on shared responsibility.
Part of the momentum to strengthen dialogue between Africa, its diasporas and its international partners, CIDP positions itself as a permanent framework for dialogue, civil diplomacy and partnership. Through its international network, national representations and strategic partnerships, it connects ideas, talents and actors to promote active citizenship and sustainable territorial development.
